The quickest way to reach us is by email — we read every message ourselves and reply within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). If you write over the weekend, expect an answer on Monday.

Order questions. Include your order number and we can look everything up straight away — tracking, a delivery that has stalled, or a change of address before the parcel ships.

Returns and refunds. Email us first and we’ll send the return address and a prepaid label. The full terms are in our Refund policy.

Shipping times. Processing takes 1–2 business days and delivery is usually 7–15 business days. See our Shipping policy for the detail.
